Piping Qc Inspector - Saudi Arabia

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Piping QC Inspector in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection till final acceptance of the piping systems
•  Reviewing and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing.
•  In-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedure including flange alignments, torquing,    cleanliness etc.
•  Verification that dimensions and alignment tolerances of the piping systems are as per constructs specifications.
•  Verifying that welding inspection has been performed and joints have been released.
•  Verifying piping material identity (pipe, valves and fittings) and its conformance to the installation drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge in Pipe Line Projects.
• Diploma holder.
• One year experience in the same field.
•  Experience in welding inspection or fabrication of piping and vessels to international codes.
