Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.
• Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
•  Resolves employee issues by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing   advice, guidance and direction.
• Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.
• Taking care of the Consultants whether they are comfortable with the work environment. 
• Talking to the Vendors regarding the performance of the consultant and the quires that the consultant brings to my notice. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• IT Skills. 
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
