Required Construction Manager

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Chair preconstruction meeting and weekly construction progress meetings
•  Review specifications and other construction documents for constructability, site access and recommend changes to maximize the     ultimate success of the project.
•  Establish a safety-first culture for all construction projects.
•  Evaluate, approve, and process the contractors request for payment
•  Maintain/manage project documentation files with assistance from project controls group
•  Provide continuous coordination between all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree.
• One year experience in construction field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
