Looking For Network Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Deliver technical customer support over the phone and in person, understands support processes.
•  Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
•  Provide network and security assessments, identifying opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies.
•  Coordinate and execute Managed Services implementations for new and existing customers.
•  Provide support for escalated service desk tickets following established protocols.
•  Monitor assigned tickets and tasks and provide service or escalation as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science.
• With valid Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge in Design, maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting LAN Networks.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
