Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  • Ensure purchasing policy and procedure is properly followed for all purchases made by Elwyn Staff by auditing requisitions and Purchase Orders (PO's)      • Explain purchasing policies and procedures clearly and concisely to Elwyn staff      • Audit supplier performance by monitoring items/services, validating pricing, and reviewing contracts to validate and ensure deliverables/services are being met according to the negotiated terms      • Support negotiation of supplies and equipment contracts by meeting with prospective vendors for a RFP bid, determining services/items needed, and reviewing contracts for pricing and/or commitments.

Job Requirements:

•  With Experience in FMCG / Food - Catering Industry
• Bachelor degree in business, accounting or related field preferred
•  Excellent time management and organizational skills
• IT skill.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
