Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Oversee the development and implementation of purchasing business plans to meet purchasing customer service goals.
•  Review all documentation related to each project offset delivery.
•  Draft contracts and ensure full execution with google management and offsets vendors.
•  Open requisitions and send Purchase Orders to offsets vendors.
•  Oversee reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics.
•  Responsible for professional development of analysts with support from the other research team leads.
