Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Trains and mentors’ employees in performance of their assigned duties.
• Assist General Manager, evaluate performance standards of assigned employees.
• Coordinates activities of staff and customers relative to specification changes, modifications, and quality assurance.
• Develop relationships and utilize relationships with key dealer and vendor sales and after-purchase service and support personnel.
• Develop and foster relationships with workforce including Union and Non-Union where applicable.
• Responsible for overall working condition, productivity, repair costs, and appearance of equipment, fleet,  and/or plants.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree  Holder.
• With 5 years experience in the field.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
