Job Description :

Urgently required Executive Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare operational reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and make appropriate recommendations for success.
•  Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to all OSHA regulations.
•  Maintain complete knowledge of and compliance with all company policies and service procedures and standards. 
•  Maintain a high standard of quality with regard to product, people, sanitation and safety.
•  Coordinate hiring and training activities for kitchen, bakery, butcher shop and other production and back of house employees while continuously   monitoring their performance.
•  Responsible for the delegation of work, the recommendation of action on team members.
•  Development and implementation of Training Programs for assigned departments 100% guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Different food items making.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
