Job Details:

•  Collect competitive research on the services, products, fees, and rates of other banks and credit unions to inform future actions and   competitive positioning.
•  Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive sales growth and client retention in the Institutional   market segment.
• Bring external insight, innovative ideas, and an enterprise view on market trends, the competitive landscape, and strategic sourcing   opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing partners to ensure strategy and creative brief align with business objectives and incorporate best   practices.
•  Generating a positive brand for Emergn as a thought-leading proven supplier in our chosen markets.
•  Researching, analyzing, and monitoring financial, technological, and demographic factors that affect the market to ensure new    market opportunities are recognized and solutions marketed to meet those needs.
