Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Executive Chef in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

* Delegate daily tasks to Sous Chef and other kitchen staff; manage their progress throughout the day.

Know and enforce all local health department sanitation laws.
Maintain purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.
Participate in and monitor the quality of all food product and presentation.
Develop prep levels and orders based on banquet contracts.

Job Requirements:

Diploma holder.
One year experience in the same field.
Good communication skills in English.
Fluent in English.
