Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Plant Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Collaborate with plant management and corporate staff to utilize continuous improvement techniques and best practices to improve    safety, production quality, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness
•  Ensure mechanical and electrical expertise is available to production to maintain production systems, utilities, buildings and    grounds.
•  Develop, report, and analyze maintenance performance indicators as a means to create and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure corporate and plant level policies and standards are adhered to in both capital projects and daily maintenance.
•  Ensure plant and employee compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning safety and environmental matters.
•  Develop and maintain an annual budget for the Maintenance Department.

Job Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering Degree.
• Minimum ten years experience in the same field.
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
