We are looking fr an experienced Commis 2 in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Check and clean refrigerators, trolleys, utensils, and kitchen equipment on a daily basis.
•  Contribute to menu creation by responding and incorporating Guest feedback.
•  Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets.
•  Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and admin function.
•  Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions.
•  Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
•  Good communication skills.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
