Required Night Shift Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Night Shift Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Proactively approach customers, assist them in locating products, provide suggestions and answer any questions about products.
• Unload deliveries, stock shelves, displays and backroom while recognizing how seasons and holidays affect product sales.
• Support other departments by unloading their overnight deliveries and placing skids in their designated area of the backroom.
•  Lead production initiatives and drive performance.
• Monitor quality standards and implement improvements.
• Troubleshooting of production equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
