Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Source and recruit top talent to quickly fill openings with the best qualified candidates.
  •  Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  •  Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  •  Coaching staff members with energy and enthusiasm to maximize team member’s results.
  •  Remain current on state and federal regulations and laws pertaining to the workplace.
  •  Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

Job Details:

  •  BS degree in Human Resources.
  •  Proficient computer skills.
  •  Excellent people management skills.
  • Minimum One year experience.
