Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Conducts investigations, writes findings and renders decisions.
  •  Develops and monitors metrics on employment. 
  •  Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs.
  •  Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and   employee benefits.
  • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
  •  Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets management information needs.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA holder need to apply.
  • Excellent IT Skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License must.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (writing and speaking).
