Required Network Technician

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Network Technician in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Coordinate and perform low to mid-level complexity migrations on a limited number of platforms.
•  Works with internal peer teams to assist with customer trouble resolution.
•  Escalates, for higher order support, to technical leadership and Management.
•  Provides accurate and consistent internal and external customer communication during established intervals using phone, email,    back-office applications and ticketing notes.
•  Learns quickly and adapts to assignments with increasing complexity over time.
•  Network Technicians will be required to efficiently install, change and repair services on limited devices and applications on the   network.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science.
• With valid Driving Licence.
• One year experience in the same field.
• Good knowledge in Networks cabinet installation and UPS installation and testing.
