•  Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
•  Exercising administrative authority over all kitchen staff.
•  Rectify arising problems or complaints.

Job Requirements:

•  BS degree in Culinary.
•  Communication and leadership skills.
•  Strong problem management skills.
• Minimum One year experience.
