Job Description :

We are looking for a Admin staff in Oman.

Job Details:

  •  Coordinate and reconcile all approval requests (domestic and international) for the organization.
  •  Schedule meetings, often involving global personnel and locations and use of WebEx technologies.
  •  Coordinate with Executive Support for systems requirements and issues.
  •  Coordinate and organize all travel plans including scheduling, itineraries, travel expense reports, submissions   and reconciliations.
  •  Resolve meeting requests and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner. 
  •  Maintain and follow up on assignments and requested information as required.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma holder.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
