Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
•  Maintaining staff work schedules, employee personnel files and other documentation.
•  Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit &   Loss of responsibility.
•  Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
•  Build and develop a winning team through the use of recruiting tools, sound interview techniques, and retention strategies.
•  Maintaining a consistent business focus with the goal of meeting or exceeding financial plans established for the store.

Job Requirements:

• MBA graduate.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
