Job Details:

•  Lead strategic human capital conversations with executive management, including organizational design, organizational   development, and senior-level succession planning.
•  Develop a comprehensive recruiting and retention strategy to meet the evolving human capital needs of our global organization.
•  Ensure all global total rewards programs are comprehensive and support our mission to build the best team in global retail.
•  Ensures the executive team is aligned on shared values and guiding principles that drive towards a healthy creative environment.
•  Ensures compliance with all legal and business requirements related to the above functions.
•  Responsible for creating and driving a culture and climate where employees thrive and feel valued.

Job Requirements:

•  Valid Qatar Driving License must.
