A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responds to management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
•  Resolves employee issues by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing advice,   guidance and direction.
•  Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.  
•  Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
•  Measures performance in the areas of human resources and safety and presents information to managers.
•  Designs programs and policies to cultivate a strong customer service culture in the HR function.

Job Requirements:
