Job Description :

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Review contracts as requested by Executive Director.
•  Responsible for the safeguarding of company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal   controls.
•  Oversees financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP. Analyze results and make   recommendations for changes as necessary.
•  Prepare Financial reporting including cash flows. Prepare cash flow projections including threshold to meet   operating needs.
•  Prepares schedules and coordinates annual audit with outside auditing firm.
•  Develop and maintain standard accounting analysis and reporting procedures for the exercise of overall   financial control.

Job Requirements:
