Looking for an experienced General Hotel Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensure that the assets of the hotel and the brand name are maintained through the development and recommendation of annual business and capital plans.
• Ensure that broad-based marketing and yield management efforts are in place to maximize the number of market segments reached and diversify the sources of revenue.
• Review operational and financial results, capital planning and major personnel and marketing decisions.
• Monitors changes in outlet concepts, space utilization, pricing strategies and incentive plans.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum more than 5 years experience in Hotel.
•  4 year degree preferred
•  Strong maintenance aptitude needed
• Above average mathematical, computer, and accounting skills
