Job Details:

•  Demonstrates customer service protocols and empathy for the personal circumstances of employees.
•  Source and develop talent pools for openings across all levels of the organization.
•  Prescreen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
•  Complete reports within state and federal guidelines.
•  Ensures complete protection of employee data and complies with all data privacy processes and regulations.
•  Coaches employees and managers where future requests can be completed with self-service functionality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Three years experience in the field.
•  Must have a valid Qatar Driver's license.
