Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Guest Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
•  Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.
•  Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
•  Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
•  Ensure welcoming all the guests as per the company set standard. 
•  Implement standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance.
•  Ensure all the guest amenities placed and delivered as per the company set standard.

Job Requirements:

• High school Diploma. 
•  You have excellent time management skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
•  Good verbal and written communication skills.
