Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Office Administrator in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Assisting Accounts Payable with verification of expense reports and invoice entry into ERP system.
  • Upkeep and distribution of phone list.
  •  Coordination of document control procedures for Production & Quality.
  • Coordinate approval of various manual invoices and forward to accounting.
  •  Answer telephones, maintain in/out board, route calls, greet visitors and update phone list.
  • Issue security badges and fobs as appropriate to visitors and employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • One year experience in the same field.
  •  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
