Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Office Administrator in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Assisting Accounts Payable with verification of expense reports and invoice entry into ERP system.
- Upkeep and distribution of phone list.
- Coordination of document control procedures for Production & Quality.
- Coordinate approval of various manual invoices and forward to accounting.
- Answer telephones, maintain in/out board, route calls, greet visitors and update phone list.
- Issue security badges and fobs as appropriate to visitors and employees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- One year experience in the same field.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
