Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  •  Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  •  Maintenance and retention of employee records.
  •  Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  •  Management and administration of the company compensation and benefits programs.
  •  Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all   employment requirements are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree holder. 
  •  Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
