Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in UAE.

Job Details:

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Applies advanced HR generalist knowledge to solve a range of complex business issues.
Effective management of HR risk and compliance, ensuring that appropriate actions are in place to manage improvements to country/cluster audit findings.
Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

Job Requirements:

BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent people management skills.
Two years experience in same field.
Good Communication Skills.
