Required Project Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Plan, organize and manage materials, equipment and subcontractors.
•  Establish project objectives, schedules, policies, procedures and performance standards in accordance with company objectives.
•  Preconstruction services & estimating.
•  Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective actions.
•  Represent company in project meetings, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings.
•  Responsible for project correspondence, submit talks, schedule development and management, cost control, change order    estimating, subcontractor management, safety and owner/client relationship.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree.
• Ten years experience in construction field.
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
