Required Procurement Specialist In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provide training to end users of ERP and purchasing platform, fleet management portal, and telecommunications website, as   needed.
• Periodically audit contracts to validate when a contract is due for renewal or should be put out for bid.
• Prepare RFP's and/or informal quotations and bid tabulations to send to potential vendors for contracts for goods and services.
• Ensure purchasing policy and procedure is properly followed for all purchases made by Elwyn Staff by auditing requisitions and   Purchase Orders (PO's).
• Explain purchasing policies and procedures clearly and concisely to Elwyn staff.
• Audit supplier performance by monitoring items/services, validating pricing, and reviewing contracts to validate and ensure   deliverables/services are being met according to the negotiated terms.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
•  Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
