Quantity Surveyor Required In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of RA bills, variation statement, final bill, working drawings.
• Calculation of quantities, reconciliation of materials.
• Check & records measurement of completed work at site.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
• Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
