Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Monitors architectural project scope development and changes, tracking adjustments to the projected project construction cost.
• Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and   approval. Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with Detailed Design   Documents.
• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design,   construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials.
• Participate in all aspects of a design project from design, management, and delivery.
• Responsible for all correspondence, reports, documentation, and general administration for the overall project
• Oversee coordination of interior, MEP, and structural related disciplines during the design phase.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
