We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and meets statutory compliance;
•  Assists in screening candidates, interviewing, and testing applicants; 
•  Provide statistical reports on HR information;
•  Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
•  Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
•  Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Demonstrable leadership abilities.
• Good Communication Skills.
