Network Technician Required

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an Network Technician in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex    problems to supervisor or technical staff.
•  Interviews user to collect information about problem and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error.
•  Provides individual software and hardware training.
•  Provides first-level network administration support (create user accounts, assists in file restores, maintain passwords, increase user    space, and provide rights to some areas).
•  Resolves all first level user problems
•  Conducts self in a manner that always conveys a strong degree of professionalism, tact, and commendable customer service.

Job Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science.
• Three years experience in the same field.
•  Experience in Data Network equipment and cabling installation and troubleshooting. 
• Good communication skills in English.
