Urgently looking for an experienced Customer Service in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Perform duties in a consultative manner in an effort to make self and the company indispensable to client.
•  Provide daily leadership to Client Services team consistent with management values and mission.
•  Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the given time line.
•  Keeping record of customer interactions, comments & complaints.
•  Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies.
•  Attend Inbound & Outbound calls, sometime respond through email and chat to customers.

Job Requirements:

•  High school degree.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•  Good Listening & Comprehension skills.
• EXcellent customer service attitude-skills.
