Urgently looking for an experienced Property Manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Assist in overall management of the property.
• Conduct tenant move-ins, certifications/recertifications.
• Process and deposit resident rent check and vouchers.
• Plan and organize the property services.
• Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.-set and achieve sales and profit targets.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
