Job Details:

• •Responsibilities include direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors. 
• •The successful individual must be well organized, possess great multi-tasking capabilities, and be able to think on their feet and make decisions quickly. 
• •The individual must also support daily operations through processing documents, recording information, importing/entering data, and maintaining records while complying with department policies and procedures. 
• •The Operations Manager will resolve issues, provide well thought out solutions, and escalate as needed to management for guidance and resolution. 

Job Requirements:

•  Experience in Contracts, Tender 
• Bachelors degree holder.
• Strong communication, time management and presentation skills
• Experience minimum 2 years in the same role.
