Procurement Officer In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• • Ensure purchasing policy and procedure is properly followed for all purchases made by Elwyn Staff by auditing requisitions and Purchase Orders (PO's)
• • Explain purchasing policies and procedures clearly and concisely to Elwyn staff
• • Audit supplier performance by monitoring items/services, validating pricing, and reviewing contracts to validate and ensure deliverables/services are being met according to the negotiated terms
•  • Support negotiation of supplies and equipment contracts by meeting with prospective vendors for a RFP bid, determining services/items needed, and reviewing contracts for pricing and/or commitments

Job Requirements:

•  With Experience in FMCG / Food - Catering Industry
• Good communication skill.
• Bachelors degree holder.
• Experience minimum 2 years in the same role.
