Required Operations Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Participate in recruiting, selecting and developing all operations personnel.
•  Assists in accident/incident investigation, including any needed on-site assistance and support to safety and training personnel.
•  Maintains confidentiality of all information.
•  Manage inventory levels, manufacturing costs, and on-time deliveries.
•  Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
•  Prepare annual departmental budgets and key performance indicator goals.
•  Coordinates with the safety and training department to ensure all safety goals and directives are met.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
