Urgently Required Qc Supervisor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced QC Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists staff in solving work problems.  Informs supervisor and management personnel of    status and concerns of department. 
• Reviews claims to ensure that all supporting documentation is included.  Enters loss information on computer system.
•  Trains new and existing staff about claims processing and quality control procedures.  Monitors work performance of staff to ensure     that company claims auditing and processing procedures are followed.
•  Updates and maintains department procedures manual and guidelines for the department.
•  Assist in the management of and provide direction in the handling of Internal Claims via the EC claim process and or notice of    damage type claims.
•  Assists Claims Manager in the preparation and presentation of training materials as assigned.  Maintains records of adjuster training    hours as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Minimum two years experience in construction field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
•  Strong technical background.
