Required Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and    scheduling.
•  Evaluation & monitoring of sub-contractor RA bills.
•  Updates project schedule on a regular basis for project management reporting.
•  Preparing monthly and weekly project completion status reports & submitting to the department head.
•  Daily work monitoring, coordinating with site and clients according to daily targets. 
•  Studying the drawing & accordingly calculation of material requirement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Five years experience in construction field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
