Job Details:

•  Perform necessary tasks to meet operational standards independently without direct supervision.
•  Understand and uphold company safety and security policies and procedures including cash management.
•  Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
•  Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
•  Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
•  Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Guest-oriented and service-minded.
