Job Description :

Looking for exprienced HR Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  •  Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  •  Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  •  Assist with performance management procedures.
  •  Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  •  Oversees all aspects of the pre-employment and random drug testing program for all hourly employees.

Job Requirements:

  • Having 2 years experience in the field.
  • MBA holder need to apply.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
