We are looking for a Realestate Agent in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Perform detailed property level analyses of prospective leasing deals.
•  Assist in production of monthly reporting package.
•  Assist with and prepare property level business plans, budgets and variance analyses.
•  Opportunity to develop and execute impactful strategies to add asset value.
•  Analyze portfolio of multifamily and non-traditional assets.
•  Participate in lease negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
•  Excellent typing skills.
• Good analytical skills.
