Required Project Manager

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Project Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•   Review, process and approve change orders.
• Assist with invoicing approval, collections, etc.
•  Conduct pre-construction and periodic meetings with customer and site personnel.
•  Assist with bid preparation, project scopes, construction survey, GPS equipment, start up, schedule, permitting and oversight.
•  Assist with ensuring and executing that the project is in compliance with all applicable laws, safety guidelines, regulations, contract   requirements and company policies and procedures.
•  Assist with ensuring that projects are completed on time and profitability goals for assigned projects are met.

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Five years experience in construction field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
•  Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Excellent managerial skills.
