Required Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Coordination with Lead Quantity Surveyors, and ensure all key elements are included and comments from relevant design departments are   incorporated.
•  Prepare BOQ based on Standard Method of Measurements (CESMM, POMI & any independent method) relevant to the project deliverables.
•  Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and initiate commercial correspondence.
•  Coordination with Design team / Specification Engineer to ensure all specifications related to BOQ items are incorporated.
•  Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities, Tender Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
