Job Description :

We are looking for a Sales Representative in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Assists in resolving serious complaints and escalated calls.
•  Uses numerous computer workstation applications to supply live responses to customers’ needs.
•  Maintains up to date level of product knowledge.
•  Maintains at a minimum, target levels of performance.
•  Documents customer calls in the database system.
•  Assists customers with functionality and basic troubleshooting of product or account issues.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
•  Excellent English language skills.
•  Excellent customer service skills.
•  Strong data entry skills.
