Required Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quatity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage a team of 4-5 Validation Experts and ensure accurate BOQs & BoMs are published for 100+ projects each month.
•  Based on client budget constraints, carrying out value engineering studies.
•  Preparation of Tender documents & review of tender drawings.
•  Preparing standard item master & new item master list.
•  Interface for tender with Architectural, Structural, Civil, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Electrical & Mechanical discipline.
• Preparation of documents like Tender documents, Contract agreement, Work order, LoI, award of contract.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
