Job Details:

•  Ensures compliance with all legal and business requirements related to the above functions.
•  Facilitates the development of business strategies that build organizational focus, create efficiency and engagement, and drive business results.
•  Responsible for creating and driving a culture and climate where employees thrive and feel valued.
•  Ensure that all new hires are on boarded efficiently and on time.
•  Ensure that all employee files are organized and up to date.
•  Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and   deliver artifacts as required by the project methodology.
