Urgently looking for an experienced Floor Manager in Kottayam,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Maintain safe working conditions.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.
• Maintain “look” of floor and ambiance of lounge with lighting and sound.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that leads by example from the top down
• Supports a culture that focuses on the guest experience and cultivates an environment of work hard but have fun doing it
• Experience working with chefs and kitchen management

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
